Peripheral Troubleshooting: Work through any issues you are having with printing, scanning, your digital camera, or iPod.
Network Troubleshooting: Help with getting your wired or wireless network working properly.
Upgrades!: A new hard drive, extra RAM, an airport card, software upgrades.
On-Site Backup Strategies: We will work to find the best backup application for you and create a schedule for what it will backup and when. Off-Site Backup is also offered.
